Q: How long does it take to complete orders for the personalized story books?
A: It usually takes 1-2 weeks to complete orders before shipping.
Q: Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
A: Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are not offered once work has been started.
Q: Will pages repeat in my book if the child's name has more than one of the same letter?
A: No. We will do our best to not use the same animal twice. If we have to use the same animal twice because of a specific letter repeating several times in the name, we will ensure that the wording for each animal is different.
Q: What if the child has a hyphenated last name?
A: We are happy to accommodate hyphenated last names. Please include the hyphen when spelling the child's last name.
Q: Is there a limit to how long the name can be?
A: No, there is not a limit on the number of characters for first and last name. If you want to include the middle name, the cost is an additional $1 per page.

Q: Can I send in fabric swatches or border samples for the hanging letters?
A: Yes, this will assist us in creating your work of art.
Q: If I mail a fabric swatch or border sample, will it be returned?
A: Yes, fabric swatches and border samples are returned with your order.

Q: How do I submit my photo?
A: E-mail photo to photos@tailored4tots.com. Or mail to the following address:

Q: If I mail my photo, will it be returned?
A: Yes, photos are returned with your order.
Q: What are the requirements for emailing my photo?
A: Photos must be in BMP, TIF, GIF, or JPG format that is at least 300 DPI. If you are unsure of the photo's resolution, e-mail the photo and we will contact you if the photo can't be used.
Q. Can Tailored 4 Tots edit my photo?
A. Yes, we can edit your photo to remove red eye, remove minor blemishes and crop to fit the announcement. We can also convert your photo to black and white or sepia tones at no extra charge. Please send color photos that have not been resized, edited or compressed.
Q. Can the birth announcements be altered for twins or for the opposite of the sex shown on the sample?
A. Yes, any of the birth announcment designs can be altered for multiple births. We can also change the colors and wording on any of the designs to suit your needs.

Q. Does Tailored 4 Tots disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
A. No, we absolutely do not disclose any information we receive. While some companies sell data to third party vendors to collect data on individuals, we do not engage in this practice.
